We make the logistics easy: we send you the shipping documents for sending the spindle out and getting it back, and we handle portal-to-portal shipping on most parts. From there it routes through the original German OEM partners — KESSLER and DMG spindle standard repairs can often be completed in about one week plus shipping. Original spare parts, used/defective spindle evaluation, retrofit options and full OEM spare-parts support.

Retrofit & Modernization

For European-built DMG MORI machines.

When a component fails and the original is obsolete or no longer supported, we replace it with current German OEM parts so the machine keeps running to factory spec instead of being scrapped. Examples: coolant/lubrication units, Waldmann machine lighting, and other obsolete components.

Control Repair & Exchange

For European-built DMG MORI machines.

Failed Siemens or Heidenhain control and feedback components — drives, control modules, operator panels, Heidenhain linear scales, and spindle encoders — are repaired where viable, or exchanged and replaced with new genuine parts. We also repair and exchange touch probes and laser tool-setters from Renishaw, Heidenhain, and Blum. Routed through our service network and restored to factory specification.
