All CNC Service & Sales LLC (“AllCNC”) respects your privacy. This page explains what information we collect on this website, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

Apart from the analytics described below, which runs only with your consent, we only collect personal information you choose to send us — for example through the contact form or the Rotoclear configurator (name, company, email, phone, and your configuration). We use it solely to answer you and prepare your quote. We do not sell it or share it for advertising.

Cookies

This site uses a small number of cookies:

• cnc_consent — remembers your cookie choice (strictly necessary, up to 12 months).
• NEXT_LOCALE — remembers your language preference (strictly necessary, 12 months).
• _ga / _ga_* — Google Analytics visit statistics. Set only if you click Accept in the cookie banner (up to 24 months).
• ph_*_posthog — PostHog product analytics and session recordings. Set only if you click Accept in the cookie banner (up to 12 months).

You can withdraw or change your consent at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer. Declining deletes the analytics cookies and related data stored in your browser.

Analytics

With your consent we use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are visited, and PostHog to understand how visitors use the site, including session recordings in which text typed into forms is masked. PostHog collects a pseudonymous identifier, device and browser information, your IP address and your interactions with the site; this data is hosted in the United States (PostHog Cloud US). Without your consent, no analytics script is loaded at all.
