All CNC Service & Sales provides CNC machine repair and service for European-built DMG MORI, Gildemeister and DECKEL MAHO machines, including European-built machines that carry the DMG MORI SEIKI badge. We do not service Japanese- or US-built machines. A DMG MORI factory-trained specialist comes to your floor anywhere in the US, or the component ships in. Spindles, milling heads and control components are repaired in Germany to OEM specification through the OEM partner network — at the OEM or at specialist German repair partners — with genuine OEM parts; Sauter turrets are overhauled to OEM specification with genuine Sauter parts.

About the founder
All CNC Service & Sales was founded by Steffen Wilhelm — German and DMG MORI factory-trained, with five years at DECKEL, Gildemeister from 1990 and DMG / DMG MORI from 2001 until 2011.

European-built DMG MORI machines, including the Gildemeister and DECKEL MAHO generations, with Siemens, Heidenhain and MillPlus controls. We do not service Japanese- or US-built machines or other brands.
Where do you travel?
Our factory-trained technicians fly out from Houston to machines anywhere in the US — coast to coast, including Hawaii. Our shop is in Montgomery, TX, in the Houston metro.
How fast can a technician come out?
That depends on the machine, the fault and the parts the job needs, so we don't promise a date up front — we confirm when you call. Tell us the model, the control and what the machine is doing.
