Short answer
All CNC Service & Sales LLC, based in Montgomery, Texas, does two things: CNC service exclusively for European-built DMG MORI machines, including DECKEL, MAHO, DECKEL MAHO and Gildemeister heritage machines, and exclusive US & Canada distribution of Rotoclear camera systems. The company was founded by Steffen Wilhelm, Founder & CEO — German and DMG MORI factory-trained, with five years at DECKEL, Gildemeister from 1990 and DMG / DMG MORI from 2001 until 2011.
All CNC Service & Sales is not a general CNC service company. We do two things, and we do them at a level most shops can't.

European-built DMG MORI machine service
Spindle service, milling-head overhauls, machine relocation and geometry surveys, retrofits, and Sauter turret repair — all for DMG MORI machines manufactured in Europe. Relocation and geometry surveys are on-site service by our factory-trained technicians. Spindles, milling heads and control components ship in and are repaired in Germany to OEM specification through the OEM partner network — at the OEM or at specialist German repair partners — with genuine OEM parts; Sauter turrets are overhauled to OEM specification with genuine Sauter parts. Manufacturer-level quality, without the manufacturer's overhead.

As the exclusive US and Canada distributor for Rotoclear, we sell, install, and support these systems across DMG MORI, Mikron, Hermle, Kern, Mazak, Okuma, Haas, FANUC, Grob, and Heller — anywhere metal-cutting CNC or semiconductor fabrication runs.

About the founder
Steffen Wilhelm
Founder & CEO
Steffen Wilhelm is German and DMG MORI factory-trained. His factory training covers every DMG MORI, DECKEL MAHO and Gildemeister plant, plus Sauter turret training. He spent five years at DECKEL, joined Gildemeister in 1990 and was with DMG / DMG MORI from 2001 until 2011, and then founded All CNC Service & Sales. Hands-on experience across milling and turning: DECKEL and MAHO milling machines, Gildemeister lathes, and DMG / DMG MORI machining and turning centers.
He began with an apprenticeship in mechanics and electronics and earned his master's while at DMG / DMG MORI — more than 40 years in the CNC machining industry in all.
