Why replace instead of repair
With no manufacturer behind it, every worn Visiport disc and tired drive is now unsupported hardware. The S3 doesn't just restore the clear view — it steps you up a generation: a spinning tempered-glass front built for years inside the enclosure, with a balanced rotor as standard and a coated variant for aggressive aluminum-chip environments.

Fits your machine — without touching the machine window
The kit is compatible with most common Visiport models, and the mounting path depends on your setup. We confirm yours before quoting.
DMG MORI machines
The old flange comes off, the existing drill holes are sealed with adhesive dots, and the S3's adhesive flange bonds on — finished outside with a slim stainless trim panel.
WFL machines
The old Visiport unscrews; the WFL-specific flange between the laminated panes stays put, and the S3 mounts to it via an adapter flange.

The S3 adapter flange fits the existing plate — the plate never moves.
Visiport glued directly to the pane
The old unit comes off clean and the S3 adhesive version bonds to the inside of the machine pane.
No drilling. No machine-window replacement. The S3 wires into the machine's existing 24V rail. Running a different spin window? We retrofit those too — any older unit to a Rotoclear system.
Sealing air: optional
Rotoclear recommends sealing air for the full seal guarantee, but the S3 can run without it depending on the application — if your old Visiport was the pneumatic type, that shop-air drop can be freed up. We'll advise for your coolant and chip situation when we scope the kit.
