While a Robodrill cuts, coolant and chips build up on the door window until the operator can't see the cut. The S3 replaces the wiping: its rotating disc throws off chips and coolant instantly, so the view stays clear while the machine runs.

Sealing air recommended
The S3 runs from a low-voltage motor. Sealing air is recommended — we connect it on every standard install.
The S3 comes in two mounting versions. The adhesive version (our recommendation) bonds directly to the window — no drilling, no cut-out — on laminated glass or polycarbonate. The screw version needs no cut-out either — only the mounting holes for the drive unit are drilled into the polycarbonate window (milling machines only). We recommend the adhesive version: drilling can easily damage the window.
The ROBODRILL door window is polycarbonate, so both S3 versions are an option. We confirm the right version for your machine in the quote.

Up to two camera heads inside the work area stream a live view of the cut — tool close-up and full-table view at once. Watch on a display at the machine, or anywhere in the shop over the network. Spinning glass windows on the camera heads keep coolant and chips off the lens.

AllCNC technicians are factory-trained on the Rotoclear line. We install and service across the USA. In Canada we sell and ship Rotoclear systems and parts. Installation is performed at your facility at our standard service and travel rates.
