01 — Service

One screw. That's the whole procedure.

Loosen the centre screw, swap the spinning disc, retighten. Rotor replacement in minutes — no disassembly, no recalibration.

02 — Rotor

Balanced tempered-glass rotor. Standard.

Fully balanced at the factory. Tempered glass as standard, with a coated variant (81738) for aluminium machining.

03 — Modularity

Every central component replaces in the field.

Ten screws hold the serviceable stack. Modular by design — order the part, not a new unit.

04 — Integration

Runs on the machine's own 24 V.

Wires into the existing 24 V control rail. Rotoclear recommends sealing air — roughly 2 mbar, a whisper rather than shop air — for the full seal guarantee, though the S3 can run without it depending on the application.

05 — Mounting

Adhesive mount. Zero drilling.

The bonding version installs on laminated-glass or polycarbonate windows without a single hole in your enclosure.

[DRAFT-MT] Rotoclear S and S2 (legacy)

[DRAFT-MT] The S and S2 are the S3's predecessors and are no longer produced. The drive unit — the spinning window with its motor — is still available as a spare, so an existing S or S2 can keep running. These parts do not fit an S3.
