Most older rotating windows can be replaced with a Rotoclear system — we confirm the fit for your machine before quoting. Some older units are simply no longer supported: Visiport spin windows are no longer available and spare parts are no longer supplied, so replacement is the path forward. Whatever the make, send us your machine and a photo of the window and we will tell you what fits.
How the replacement mounts
The mounting path depends on how the old window is fitted. We confirm yours before quoting.
DMG MORI machines
The old flange comes off, the existing drill holes are sealed with adhesive dots, and the S3's adhesive flange bonds on — finished outside with a slim stainless trim panel.
WFL machines
The old unit unscrews; the WFL-specific flange between the laminated panes stays put, and the S3 mounts to it via an adapter flange.
Old window on a glued mounting plate
The S3 adapter flange fits the existing plate — the plate never moves.
Old window glued directly to the pane
The old unit comes off clean and the S3 adhesive version bonds to the inside of the machine pane.
