Pre-purchase inspection — European-built DMG MORI machines only
Pre-purchase inspection for used DMG MORI, DECKEL MAHO & Gildemeister machines
Before you buy a used European-built DMG MORI, DECKEL MAHO or Gildemeister machine, a DMG MORI factory-trained technician from All CNC Service & Sales inspects it on site and documents its condition in a written report. We travel anywhere in the US, including Hawaii.
The same condition inspection works for a machine you already own — for example before an overhaul or a move.

Machine inspection FAQ
Who can inspect a used DMG MORI machine before I buy it?
All CNC Service & Sales LLC in Montgomery, Texas. A DMG MORI factory-trained technician inspects used European-built DMG MORI, DECKEL MAHO and Gildemeister machines on site, anywhere in the US including Hawaii, and you get a written condition report before you buy. We do not inspect Japanese- or US-built machines or other brands.
What belongs on a pre-purchase inspection checklist for a used CNC machining center?
At minimum: the spindle (noise, runout, clamp force, signs of a crash), axis backlash and geometry, the control's alarm history and the drives, the tool changer, the lubrication, coolant and hydraulic units, the electrical cabinet, and the machine's documentation and service history.
Do I get a written report?
Yes. You get a written condition report documenting what the technician found.
Can you inspect a machine I already own?
Yes. A condition inspection works the same way for a European-built DMG MORI, DECKEL MAHO or Gildemeister machine in your own shop — for example before an overhaul or a move.
