DMG MORI spinning windows

Which spinning window does your DMG have?

On most DMG machines, the spinning window is a Rotoclear — older Seebach-built machines typically used a Visiport. Either way, All CNC Service & Sales is the exclusive US & Canada Rotoclear partner for parts, repair and replacement.

1. Seebach-built machine with a Visiport window

Older DMG machines built in Seebach typically shipped with a Visiport rotating window. Visiport windows are no longer available and spare parts are no longer supplied, so the way forward is replacement with the Rotoclear S3 Visiport replacement kit.

2. Pfronten-built machine with a Rotoclear S2 or S

Older DMG machines built in Pfronten typically used the Rotoclear S2 or earlier Rotoclear models (S). Request spare parts for your window on the spare-parts quote page, or upgrade to the Rotoclear S3.

On newer Pfronten-built machines the milling-head light was changed to accommodate the Rotoclear camera head. Planning a Rotoclear camera on an older Pfronten machine? The milling-head light on older models is smaller — we check the fit on your machine before quoting. Request a C-series quote →

3. Current machine with a Rotoclear S3

Current European-built DMG MORI milling machines are offered with the Rotoclear S3 as a factory option. For genuine Rotoclear spare parts and service, come to us.

4. Japanese-built machine?

Japanese-built DMG MORI / Mori Seiki machines use a different window design and rarely have a spinning window — but a Rotoclear S3 can be retrofitted on any metal-cutting CNC. We install across the US and Canada.

To be clear: our machine service is exclusively for European-built DMG MORI machines. The Rotoclear retrofit is for any make.
